Danielle Klassen B.S. CWP
Founder & CEO
Danielle holds a degree in Exercise Science and Physiology and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Health, with a focus on the social determinants of health. With over 20 years of experience as a group exercise instructor and personal trainer, Danielle’s depth and breadth of knowledge in the fitness industry are unparalleled.
After experiencing personal loss, Danielle embraced her lifelong dream of becoming a dancer. In her late 30s, she began her dance journey and hasn’t looked back since. Today, she proudly performs as a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers’ Wine & Goldies Dance Team, where she finds immense joy and fulfillment.
Danielle’s passion for health, wellness, and movement shines through in everything she does. Whether she’s helping others achieve their fitness goals or expressing herself through dance, Danielle brings energy, resilience, and purpose to every aspect of her life.

Shayla Redding
Hip Hop Instructor
Shayla began dancing at an early age. And then decided to minor in dance at Kent State University-where she also received a B.F.A in theater studies with a focus on costume design. After taking time to have a family, she got back into taking classes at a variety of local dance studios in various styles.
In 2019 decided to audition for the Cleveland dance project and have danced as a dancer and several season showcases and choreographed “dolls” in season 12. In 2023 she joined Blakk Jakk dance collective where she has performed on a variety of stages and styles winning their first award with them at border light festival 2024. Favorite styles to perform is hip-hop, heels, jazz, and modern. In addition to dance Shayla is an actress, designer, stylist and does special effects. Make-up. A wife and mom to two boys. Shayla’s motto is dancing keeps you young so why not just keep dancing. She loves working with beginner dancers and helping develop confidence and stage presence.

Sam Morrison
All Levels Contemporary
Sam Morrison has been dancing since 2012, starting with his high school’s “Menz Dance” program in the Chicago area. He earned a minor in dance from Case Western Reserve University, where he studied Martha Graham technique, choreographed multiple pieces and performed with the Mather Dance Collective.
Sam currently participates in Cleveland Dance Project and is an instructor at Humankind Health, where he strives for an all-ages and skill level community focus. Outside of dance, Sam is a software developer and enjoys spending time with his pets.
